She also hosts the lady-brains podcast: one of the Australia’s top-rated entrepreneurial podcasts. Known for getting the story behind the story, Caitlin helps to bridge the gap between entrepreneurial listeners and incredible global founders (founders like MECCA’s Jo Horgan and author extraordinaire Cleo Wade).

As a brand coach and strategist, Caitlin has over 10+ years experience in the leadership, community, wellbeing and positive psychology space. She’s helped to build multimillion-dollar businesses across Australia, US, Canada, Singapore and Europe.

Lucy Cornes
Founder of She Shopped and She Digital

OG Influencer turned professional storyteller Lucy Cornes is a leading digital entrepreneur best known for She Shopped (2012) and She Digital (2017). Storytelling is her passion, and partnering with organisations to create high-quality video content at scale is what keeps her busiest. Specialising in human services, She Digital has created content where few agencies venture, including hospital theatres and crematoriums.
Lucy’s business was born out of necessity when her firstborn son’s chronic illness prevented her from maintaining regular working hours. She couldn’t find a workplace that could accommodate her needs, so she built her own. To this day, Lucy is a champion for flexibility in the workplace, allowing her employees and sub-contractors to make arrangements about working conditions that suit them. Lucy is also an MC, Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia Board Member and ambassador for Port Adelaide Football Club, Laurel Palliative Care Foundation and Barkuma Disability Services. When people ask Lucy to describe herself, she identifies as a future-thinking, creative, dog-obsessed, hard worker but doesn’t hesitate to confirm that, first and foremost, she is Ed, Raph and Sonny’s mum.

Tamsin Simounds
Founder of Tamsin Simounds Coaching and Consulting

Tamsin Simounds is a transformation specialist dedicated to rethinking how we live, work, and lead. She’s an international speaker, coach, consultant and media commentator on activating human potential and creating rapid and lasting change. Tamsin founded her consultancy seven years ago and has been responsible for transforming organisations and lives – often simultaneously – for some of Australia’s most impressive and exciting founders and senior executives. Tamsin is Post Graduate qualified, and her fifteen years of research spans Health Science, Modern Psychology, Neuroscience, and Communications. But what really sets her apart is her relentless pursuit of blending theory with lived practice. Her thought leadership has been featured in publications like Thrive Global, Smart Company, Business Chicks and Women’s Agenda. She’s worked broadly across industries – from Big Banks and Multinationals to Social Enterprises and fast-growth tech Startups.

Shahna Smith
Founder of Amplified Beauty Australia

Shahna Smith founded Amplified Beauty Australia, one of the first Indigenous owned cosmetic brands in the world. Shahna has recently returned from New York and London and provides Female empowerment speeches at SA schools to teach resilience at a young age and to corporate spaces to empower women. Recently taking on the Managing Editor role of Style Up, Shahna is now finding new ways to bring Indigenous businesses to the forefront.
