Incubator Workshops

These workshops are open to women with an idea – whether it’s to create social impact, change or just to take the leap into starting a business. An actual business idea is not a necessity, we can help!

If you’ve already got an idea, we’ll work with you to take your idea from a basic concept into something you’re ready to share with the world. If you don’t, that’s ok too, you’ll learn how to explore problems and reframe them as opportunities which might just uncover your big idea.

Depending what stage you are at with your business or idea, you’ll leave the workshop with one or more of these tools, along with the confidence to use them:

• A clear business model to share with potential partners or investors 
• A validation plan including experiments and research to test your assumptions – before you put your money on the line 
• A prototype and plan for your Minimal Viable Product – what is the least you can do to get started
• A marketing campaign to get your product in the hands of customers – and get some money in the door

Importantly, you’ll also leave with everything you need to enter your business idea into the 2023 Kickstarter Challenge!

Incubator Workshops will be held in the following metropolitan and regional areas between June and September 2023.

Adelaide, Bega, Brisbane, Canberra, Central Western NSW (Bathurst, Orange or Dubbo), Darwin, Gold Coast, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

After you leave the workshop you will have the opportunity to join a Virtual Drop-In Session, to reconnect, ask questions and share your progress. These are a great way to touch base, hold yourself accountable and build those connections you formed at the incubator.
